How to EAT to be FIT?

How to EAT to be FIT ?

Ok guys, this is my first post and yes, I know I got all serious right at the start :D
BUT, you MUST realize how important it is to eat and feel well because beauty is not only what's on the outside... Once you start to eat well and once you make yourself your own fitness and diet routine that you'll really stick to, you'll immediatelly notice the difference... Oh yes, your hair will grow faster, your skin will glow, you'll feel less bloated and less moody... At least I felt that change with myself, and heard nothing but good comments from the other people who live healthy too...

So, what does it mean to live healthy?

Living healthy is not just about eating vegetables and fruits and working out 3 hours a day at the gym... Not at all... YOU DONT NEED TO BE ALWAYS HUNGRY IN ORDER TO BE HEALTHY!

Your body needs proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals and fibres...
Those are 6 ingredients our body needs every day ( in the right amount) in order to properly function...
Of course, you can choose a diet and fitness routine depending on your goals:
 1. HEALTHY weight loss
2.HEALTHY weight gain
                 3.HEALTHY muscle gain (toning up)

Of course, we are all diferent and have different metabolisms and I can not give you the universal calorie amount you should take in daily, but I can give you some tips and tricks that will improve your health in general, no matter if you are a guy or a girl, young or old...

1 - DRINK A LOT OF WATER
Water is the purifier of our body... It keeps thing going in there.. Moves stuff (if you get me).
H20 hydrates our body and that is really really important... Drinking a lot of water will regulate your viral movement ( you should go to the bathroom daily, actually...yes... :P ) It will also make your skin more glowing and it will help get rid of the acne... Your hair should also grow faster...

2 - STAY AWAY FROM THE SUGARS
Of course, neither do I keep on to this trick like it's one of the God's 10 commandments, but, avoid the sugars as much as possible :/
If you are a chocolate lover, start replacing milk chocolate with the one with higher percentage of kakao... Like for example, 60-70%... But, even if you had replaced it, eat less of it of course!
Don't drink juices and sodas, because those are calorie bombs full of sugars...
You can find that sugar satisfation in fruits and many calorie reduced jams for example :)

3 - EAT AS MUCH PROTEIN AS YOU CAN
Milk, yoghurt an cheese with reduced fat percentage are great! You can find these anywhere, of course... I personally always drink milk and yoghurt with 0,5% milk fat, but the ones with 1,5% milk fat are also ok if you think the milk with 0,5% milk fat is too ''watery''...
Yoghurts are also great stuff... They are probiotics, which means they help in regulating your viral movement and they are high in proteins... There is a variety of them... I personally drink FIT ella yoghur that contains L-carnitine. L-carnitine burns your fat and turns it into energy :)
You can also make tasty and healthy smoothies with milk or yoghurt combining them with fruits, biscuits, cereals or even spices... I'll keep the recipes coming :)
Cottage cheese is great great great stuff... It will not give you so much in taste, but it will sure give you much protein for your body! :)

4 - STAY AWAY FROM THE FATS
Of course, not all fats are bad... But, regardless, this is the one nutrient your body needs least per day...
Omega 3 fats are great for you and they are good at preventing cardio diseases... Try to stay away from the saturated fats...

5 - BE ACTIVE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN
Not all of us have time for gym... But, we can all push ourself at least a step further by taking the stairs and not the elevator... Why not run for the bus? Why not standing in the bus? Why not putting on our favourite song and dance to it? Go outside and walk as much as you can.. Of course, for those ones that have time to hit the gym, I highly recommend it :) Yoga is also good... AND, dont forget the cardio... You cant maybe do a lot at once, but you'll imrpove, I promise :)

And for the end, I advise you to avoid alcohol... Red wine and white wine are ok as far as the calories go, but I personally dont see the alcohol as something you should want to involve in your healthy lifestyle...
Hope I helped and answered some questions :)
